Convenience for both your gymnast and martial art enthusiast combined at one location.  Classes are taught at all belt levels and all ages.  The environment at GGA mixes the essence of Tao Hsieh Wu Shu, with the competitive spirit of gymnastics.  Exercise and learn self-defense, while your child takes gymnastics, or allow multiple children to learn martial arts and/or gymnastics in an individual of family setting.
